Training Phase 1 Completed

3 MIN READING

A group of volunteers completed their training and are ready to serve abroad!

We are incredibly proud of each of them as they invested time to be ready to serve beyond their borders. At our training, they learned about the culture, language, customs, and safety protocols necessary for successful service in a foreign country. These volunteers are now prepared to use their skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the lives of those they will be serving.

Why do we need to train before traveling?

So glad you asked!
Whether you are preparing for a short-term missions experience or want to know more about serving on a mission in your daily life, training is essential.
When traveling, even if for a short season, it's necessary to be aware that we are not only crossing physical borders, we are entering new cultures. Beyond language barriers, cultural barriers can also be a hindrance to serving God when abroad and we want our teams to be prepared to overcome any obstacle.

We are passionate about mobilizing the church to support the mission field and we want our volunteers to experience God's movement in the nations with an honoring mindset. This training equips our teams and sets them up for a successful experience.

Do you want to become a volunteer?

We offer myriad areas where you can serve and become part of our volunteer team! Remotely, in person, or traveling with us abroad, you can be a part of what God is doing in the Nations. Check out our volunteer opportunities here.
